Policy and Procedures:
Second applications are included in price only if scheduled within 10 weeks of initial procedure.
- Third applications (each appointment) within 3 months of start date add $50.00.
- “Patch Tests” are a non-refundable fee of $50.00, although credited toward procedure price.
- Multi-procedure discounts available.
- “No Show” appointments or failure to provide 48 hour notice to reschedule an appointment, add $50.00.
- All fees are non-refundable.

Policy and Procedures:
Maintenance procedures without a design to follow or in need of reshaping and/or color change are individually assessed and may be considered the same as a new procedure.
- Second applications are usually not desired when “color boosts” are performed. When needed; second applications on same fee scale as initial.
- The same maintenance procedure prices apply to those who have had work done by other technicians; however, if corrective work is needed, the fee will be individually assessed.
- “No Show” appointments or failure to provide a 48 hour notice to reschedule an appointment, add $50.00.
